Although we anticipate large equity growth, we also know that regular cash flow is important to our investors. That’s why we always strive to process regular distributions on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the offering.

Our goal is to increase NOI by growing revenue and improving operational efficiency to increase our exit valuation. Pre-acquisition, our team develops a business plan that improves resident satisfaction and maximizes the property’s NOI. Having over 20 years of experience in operations management, coupled with a technology-driven Asset Management database, our team is able to garner insights regarding occupancy, rents, lease trends, delinquency, and other risk factors that offer detailed levels of visibility and insight.
